This function does NOT currently accept alpha channel parameters, despite what the description says. Attempting to use it as stated above results in a compiling error that it expected 7 arguments and got 9. My guess is that someone added alpha support and then forgot to include the updated version in the latest Verge release. If you want a true gradient window with variable alpha, looks like you still gotta write it yourself!
